The service
Wayne Intelligence is a paid information service. It provides a watchlist of crypto projects and alerts about them. It is not financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Who can subscribe
The service is not offered to residents of the United Arab Emirates. By ordering you confirm that you are not resident there and are not ordering from there. Access is for one person and may not be shared or resold.
Payment and renewal
- Prices are set in ETH. You may pay in ETH or in USDC at the rate shown when you order.
- Payment buys access for the period shown. Nothing renews automatically.
- Crypto payments are final. There are no refunds once a payment has been confirmed.
- You must send the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Payments sent on another network cannot be recovered by us.
What we store, and why
- Email address: to contact you about your subscription. Your receipt is downloaded from your order page. We do not ask for your name.
- IP address, the country it maps to, and browser type: to prevent fraud and to keep evidence of where the customer is located, which our tax records require.
- Payment details: the amount, the transaction and the wallet address you paid from, which are public on the blockchain. Your email, wallet address and IP address appear on your receipt.
We do not sell this information. It is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and is visible only to our administrators.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by writing to the contact address on your receipt. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted on request.
